Sally Jupiter from Watchmen Cosplay

This is a shot from a test shoot I did as Sally Jupiter from Watchmen.  I was little bummed because at the time I couldn't find a piece for my stand so I couldn't take full body shots or even waist up shoots. I will re-shoot at a later time. :-)

I added 'dusk' from picmonkey.com to get the old timey feel to this photo.

I wore my hair down for this because the wig that came with the costume did not suit my taste! (I rebought another wig.)

Suckerpunch Amber Cosplay

It's been a while. Everytime I meant to post a blogpost I would get distracted  but no more! Below is a Suckerpunch Amber cosplay. Originally I wanted to do Sweetpea's because I related to her personality being a big sister and all.  (I still might do it.) I like Amber as well. She's bubbly and cute. I bought another pair of shorts since the shorts that did come with the costume were not built for adult bodied females.

Princess Jasmine Cosplay

This is a cosplay of Disney's Princess Jasmine.  There are a few costumes that  are very similar to Jasmine's outfit in the movie 'Aladdin', this is just one of them. I was so excited when I got this costume. I absolutely LOVE Jasmine. She's my fave of the Disney Princesses. Don't get me started on all the dolls I used to have of her growing up. This shoot was fun. After taking the shots I realized that I forgot to put on the jewelry I JUST bought for this cosplay,LOL. FAIL, on my part but oh wells I still like the shots. ;-)

Because this picture was overexposed, I added the 1960's effect to make my skin  more brown. I also added a blue tint  to the hair to make the color closer to a more rich 'raven' black. :-)

Black Widow aka Natasha Romanoff Cosplay!!

I'm sorry it's been a while but I save the long story for another post. I came back with a cool costume! It's for Natasha Romanoff/ Natalia "Natasha" Alianovna Romanova The title to of the costume is usually looks like this Iron Man 2 Black Widow Costume. The wig is FREETRESS EQUAL SYNTHETIC LACE FRONT WIG NATURAL HAIRLINE KACY in the color F33/32/240. I will do videos review on them once I get my tripod which I will be ordering in a week or two...oh yeah I got a new camera it took me a while to figure it even AFTER reading the manual, but I'm good. I hope you like the picture I will take more full body pics once I get my tripod, I promise!

Story: 8/10
A wimp turns into an ultimate fighter! Seen stories like this before? It's okay, because they anime does a good job at making the viewer enjoys themselves even if the story comes of corny for the hard critics. It doesn't start slow, it has a good pace throughout the episodes. It's a little hard to believe it's 50 episodes.


Art: 8/10
Pretty good. The animation fit the fun characters and story.


Sound: 9/10
Since this was on Netflix. I watched the English dubbed (since they didn't give me an option) the voice actors actually fit the characters so no complaints about that. The background music was different but still complimented the story in a weird way.


Character: 9/10
Extreme master teachers, a wimp who tries his hardest, a girl that can kick major butt, gotta love that!


Enjoyment: 10/10
I laughed, it was easy to follow and best of all it ended well.


Overall: 8.8/10


Would I recommend to someone else? Most definitely. I would recommend this to someone who enjoyed the shounen genre or someone who likes comedy and wouldn't take the anime too seriously.
